Villa Marpesia (In Greek Mythology, was Queen of the Amazons), is located on a beautiful, almost private beach, just 8 minutes’ drive from the harbor and the center of Tinos.
The area is fenced with trees and plants at various levels, ideal for walks and relaxation.
From all the verandas and from all levels, one can enjoy the immense view of the crystal-clear sea, where can descend from the private road straight to the sea and swim on the almost secluded beach in front of the villa.

Absolute tranquility prevails everywhere, since there are only private villas in the area at a great distance from each other.
Supermarkets, Pharmacies are 8 minutes’ drive from the Villa and on the way to the center you will find local restaurants.
Tinos has access to most of the Cycladic islands by ferry with daily schedules back and forth to the island. You can visit: Mykonos (30 min) Syros (30min), Paros (1hr 25min) Santorini (4,5 hours), Andros (1,5 hours). You can depart from Piraeus port with several ferry departures a day ( 4,45min) also Rafina port (approx. 3,5 hrs or with a new highspeed ferry which takes only 1,5hrs).

MAIN BUILDING
It consists of 3 floors with traditional stone arches inside and externally, built with stones 50 cm thick and with the traditional island style.
All rooms overlook the sea.

GROUND FLOOR
On the 120 m2 ground floor, there is a large living room with a huge medieval fireplace made of natural rocks, a built sitting area which sleeps one person and a bathroom.

On the 132 m2 first floor, there is the main living room, a large dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and one suite with a double bed and a bathroom.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 large verandas overlooking the sea.

2nd FLOOR
The 2nd floor of a total area of 97 m2 has 2 large bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower all made of natural marble and rocks.
