Villa Pasithea is a 6000 sq. meters property providing exclusive accommodation for up to 24 persons consisting of the main villa and 4 autonomous guesthouse suites, pool, garage and a private small church.

The property terrace features a pool built in a panoramic position as well as a separate detached tavern, ideal to have a meal with family and friends with the unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea, with a fully functional kitchen, a big barbeque and a small bathroom with shower.

THE MAIN VILLA

The main villa hosts the living/dining area, the large modern and fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom and 2 double bedroom with direct access to the pool and with a magnificent view of the Aegean sea.

The master bedroom has a view of the pool and the sea, a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a Jacuzzi tub in its en-suite bathroom. Two identical double bedrooms are located in the main villa with en-suite bathrooms with showers and also view of the sea. There is air-conditioning in all rooms, sattelite TV and Wi-Fi internet.

THE GUESTHOUSE SUITES

The 4 guesthouse suites are behind the main villa and for all means can be considered a small dependence thanks to the guest that want their privacy.
Three of them, sleep up to 4 persons each, with a presence of a small living room with sofa beds that sleep 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and TV.
The 4th guest house, sleeps up to 2 persons and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, with a wardrobe and TV.

All suites have modern comforts such as en-suite bathrooms with shower, air-conditioning and satellite TV.
